Lead CT Tech

Job Details:

* Lead CT Technologist position at South campus requiring strong lead experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead required
* Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* 12-week contract
* Call required on a rotational basis
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Patient age groups include adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS, FL State License
* Required skills include: 3D rendering, abdomen without and/or with contrast, adult acute care, aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, carotid, cervical, chest without and/or with contrast, colonography, coronary CTA, CT arthrography, drainage, emergency department, enterography study, head without and/or with contrast, heart imaging, ICU, intravenous pyelogram, isolation precautions/PPE, lumbar, management/lead experience, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, myelography, PACS, pediatric acute care, pelvis without and/or with contrast, PET CT, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, radiation therapy planning, sinuses, soft tissue neck, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, transplant studies, trauma head, vascular chest imaging, vascular CTA, and venipuncture
* Special equipment used: GE 64 sl/256 sl

Facility:

This facility is a large healthcare organization with 350 beds and a daily census of 150 patients. The imaging department operates 4 rooms and is supported by an interdisciplinary radiology team. The facility provides care to a diverse patient population spanning all age groups, from infants to geriatrics, and maintains a robust CT program equipped with advanced imaging technology.
