Opportunity:

PT - Multi-Modality (Home Health, Outpatient, Acute)

Job Details:

* Multi-modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings
* Work distribution is approximately 80% outpatient, 15% acute care, and 5% home health
* High possibility of working primarily in outpatient setting
* Monday through Friday day shift schedule
* Preferred schedule is 8-hour shifts, but 4x10 schedule may be considered
* Will work at area facilities all within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits
* Rural location - must verify location and housing prior to submitting
* Strong general physical therapy experience required, including post-operative care, sports injury, and geriatrics
* Outpatient experience is required
* Both outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
* Manager interview required prior to offer
