* 8-hour day shifts

* Business casual attire required; unit provides "Care Coordination" white lab coats
* LCSW required
* BLS Certification required
* Must be 5150 certified in California (5150 is an involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour psychiatric hold, used when an individual is believed to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental health condition)
* Obtaining 5150 certification includes completing a training program and passing an exam with a minimum score of 80%
* Prior CA Dignity experience is required to be considered
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks
* 2 supervisory references required at submittal (charge references accepted); 1 within the last 12 months and 1 within the last 3 years
