RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 4 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 13 to 20 week contract options available
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required from assignments worked in the past 12 months
* Pre-start modules required averaging 6 to 15 hours, completed prior to start and annually
