RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* 13 to 20 week contract options available
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* Pre-start modules averaging 6 to 15 hours are required and must be completed prior to start date
