RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekend availability required - schedule must be one of the following combinations: Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS - all must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation - a passing score is required with a maximum of 2 attempts
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required - references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
* No co-worker references will be accepted
