Job Details:

* ASAP start needed with manager interviews required
* Orientation period of 1 to 1.5 weeks based on experience and comfort level
* 4-week schedules provided to the best of ability
* Specific shift will vary based on need
* Weekend rotation varies based on need
* No call required
* Holiday expectations completed in rotation with other techs
* RTO requires manager approval
* Fixed location assignments other than OR or portables for inpatient scans
* Work across care areas including outpatient, inpatient, ED/ICU/MedSurg, and Operating Room
* Primarily adult and geriatric patients with some pediatric and neonatal patients
* Perform fluoroscopy, C-arm in OR, ortho/ortho trauma, ICU, MedSurg, and ER imaging
* Utilize imaging equipment including Siemens Ysio, Siemens Multix Fusion, Siemens Artis Zee fluoroscopy unit, OEC/Siemens/Ziehm C-arms, and Shimadzu DR portable units
* EMR system: Cerner
* PACS system: Enterprise Imaging AGFA
* OR/C-arm experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R)
* Maine state license required
* Scrub color: any solid professional color or provided by facility if needed

Facility:

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center that receives air flights and serves approximately two-thirds of the state, functioning as the closest trauma center within a two-hour radius. It is also a certified stroke center with 411 beds and features three imaging rooms, including two general X-ray rooms and one fluoroscopy room. The facility has a radiologist on site, internal transport support, and lead tech and department administration available within the department.
