RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
* Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Contract options available for 13 to 20 weeks
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS all must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation with a required passing score
* Two attempts maximum allowed to pass orientation assessments
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months is required
