Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Technician

Job Details:

* 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12-hour shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10-hour shifts
* On-call required
* Weekend availability required - schedule can be discussed with manager
* May float within scope to meet facility needs
* May need to float to all 3 sister hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, and Tradition)
* Cath/EP experience preferred as candidates may be floated to those areas
* Minimum 18 months of experience in specialty required, 2 years preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: ARRT, Florida state license, AHA ACLS, and BLS
* RCIS preferred in addition to required certifications
* EPIC charting system experience required
* Scrub color: Ceil Blue
* Free parking available in any unrestricted space
* Skills required include: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Equipment setup, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, and maintaining sterile field
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
* EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts each
* Pre-start modules required prior to start date
