Job Details:

* 4x10 shift schedule
* On-call required as needed; weekend coverage is call only with on-call shifts running 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM on weekends
* Weekend shifts required
* No floating required
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* 1 year of Interventional Radiology Tech experience required
* Travel experience required
* Trauma Level I experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Perform IR procedures including TIPS, embolizations (neuro and vascular), spine procedures, Y-90, TACE, tunneled lines, nephrostomy tubes, bili tubes, PCNL, traumas, strokes, and moderate sedation
* Treat patients of all age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, Fluoroscopy Permit, active state license
* Preferred certification: ACLS
* Education: High School Diploma/GED and Associate Degree or College Diploma from a JRCERT accredited radiological program required; Bachelor's Degree from a JRCERT accredited radiological program preferred
* Active California license must be in hand at time of submission; temporary or pending licenses not accepted
* 2 references from within the past year of employment required at time of submission; must be supervisor or higher
* Flu vaccination required with no exemptions

Facility:

This facility is a large, well-established healthcare organization operating multiple locations across the region. The interventional radiology unit features 5 procedure rooms and supports a broad range of complex IR procedures with a 1:1 patient ratio across all shifts. The facility is a Trauma Level I center offering comprehensive interdisciplinary support and advanced specialty care for a diverse patient population.
