Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

PT - Days

Job Details:

* Four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday preferred)
* 40 hours per week guaranteed
* Primarily outpatient setting (95% outpatient, 5% inpatient)
* 13-week contract with option to extend
* ASAP start required to shadow current PT on assignment
* Cancellation policy: 3 shifts (36 hours) per 12-week contract
* Charting system: Cerner
* Care setting: Outpatient
* Trauma level: Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
* Strong new graduates will be considered with comfort and expectation of striving to bill Eval +3 units
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Montana state license or compact license required (will wait for licensure)
