Pathologists' Assistant

Job Details:

* Day shift position with no on-call, night, weekend, or autopsy coverage required
* ASCP certified Pathologists' Assistant - PA(ASCP) certification required
* Must have prior grossing experience and ability to perform high complexity testing
* Epic Beaker and Voice Dictation experience desired
* Required skills include macroscopic description of gross anatomic features
* Must be able to perform gross examination and dissection of large and complex specimens
* Must be able to perform gross examination and dissection of small biopsies
* Sectioning of surgical pathology specimens required
* Hospital clinical laboratory experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
* At least 1 reference required
* Candidates may float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
* Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility
