Job Details:

* 15-week contract assignment
* 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Weekend rotation consists of call only coverage, 1-2 weekends per month (approximately every 3rd week)
* On-call schedule includes 7 call shifts (including weekends) in a 3-week rotation; weekday call runs from end of shift to 7:00 AM the following day; weekend call runs from end of shift Friday to 7:00 AM Monday
* 45-minute response time required for on-call; no sleep room available
* Holiday expectations are call only, included in department call rotation
* No floating required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; prior pediatric cath lab experience required
* First-time travelers will not be accepted
* Required certifications and licenses: BLS, PALS, RCIS and/or ARRT, current WA state Rad Tech and/or CISC license
* EPIC Cupid EMR experience preferred
* Experience required as circulator and patient monitoring for pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures including LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structure stenting/ballooning, and collateral closure
* Experience required for pediatric electrophysiology procedures including pacemaker implant and generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, and EP study with radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial tach, and PVC
* Sedation needs provided by Anesthesia
* Monitoring experience preferred: PACS (Picom), Hemodynamic (Merge), C-arm (Siemens Artis)
* Scrubs provided by hospital; lead also provided (note: extended sizing available for scrubs but not for lead)
