Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* 3 call shifts required in a 2-week period
* Call hours Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Weekend call required every 6 weeks, covering Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
* Minimum 3 years of experience required (hard stop)
* California CLS license must be in hand at time of submission (hard stop - no pending licenses accepted)
* Average daily census of 15 patients
* 3 rooms available
* Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics
* Specialty area: cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart
* No scrub required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Epic charting system experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* RTO requests limited to no more than 7 days
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, Fluoro Permit, CA CRRT State License
* Required skills include: angiography, angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, cardiac implant closure device, catheter/drain exchange, central venous access, chest tube placement, diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, embolization, endovascular interventions, fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, IVC filter placement and removal, left and right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, permanent pacemaker insertion, TIPS, TAVR, and additional vascular and interventional radiology procedures

Facility:

This facility is a cardiac intervention and interventional radiology center with a focus on structural heart procedures. The unit supports a wide range of advanced cardiovascular and vascular interventions within a well-equipped, multi-room environment. Interdisciplinary support services include IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support.
