Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* On-call requirements included
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule required
* Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 4:1
* Work in a 65-bed NICU unit with a staff of 200+
* Equipment includes isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
* EMR systems used: Meditech and CPN
* Required scrub color: Navy
* Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
* 2 years of Level 4 NICU experience preferred
* Must be a strong team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change

This facility is a large, well-established medical center housing a 65-bed NICU with a robust team of over 200 staff members. The unit operates around the clock with dedicated charge nurses, team leaders, transport nurses, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants on both day and night shifts. The facility utilizes modern equipment and technology to support the care of neonatal patients, and permanent positions are available for those seeking long-term opportunities.
