Opportunity:

Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient/Inpatient

Job Details:

* Day shifts only - no nights or weekends required
* 36 hours per week with some schedule flexibility
* Inpatient and outpatient general rural practice setting
* Work with a wide variety of patient ages and diagnoses
* Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient responsibilities
* May float to Adrian Clinic and Rock Rapids Clinic locations as needed
* General speech therapy skills required
* Epic electronic documentation system utilized
* General therapy equipment used in the department
* Business casual dress code or polo in approved colors (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown)
* All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
* Minnesota licensure required; Iowa licensure preferred
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)

Facility:

This facility is a 25-bed critical access hospital with an accompanying outpatient department, providing essential healthcare services to the surrounding rural community. The organization offers a comprehensive orientation program including a department and hospital tour, documentation training, and orientation to department-specific equipment. Staff are readily available to provide assistance and support as needed throughout the assignment.
