Job Details:

* Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature
* Treat patients experiencing a decline in physical mobility or functional independence
* Provide services in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance therapy, and spinal therapy
* Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
* Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
* Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
