Opportunity:

OTR - Occupational Therapy

Job Details:

* Primarily outpatient and home health role with occasional inpatient coverage
* Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday
* Enhance, participate in, and support patient care with a focus on quality and safety
* Treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association with physician referral
* Work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care
* Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record including proper documentation
