Open Position: RN - Med Surg

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2238.44

Opportunity:

RN - Medical/Surgical

Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour shifts per week
* Every other weekend required with rotating holidays
* Patient ratio of 1:6 with occasional 1:7 during surge
* 36-bed unit with unit secretary available on day shift and LNAs available for both shifts
* Float to same level of care as needed
* Perform procedures including continuous bladder irrigation (CBI), wound care, drain management (chest tubes, Jackson-Pratt drains), Foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, and EKGs as needed
* Utilize Meditech Expanse documentation system
* Work with telemetry equipment
* Follow patient experience requirements including bedside shift report, hourly safety rounding, and personal connections
* Self-scheduling available with leadership reserving rights to balance schedule
* Scrubs in any color required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
* Active nursing license required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS, IV certification
* Med-Surg experience required

The facility provides comprehensive medical-surgical services with 24-hour LNA support and unit secretary coverage during day shifts.
