Open Position: RN - NICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1996.96

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Must be willing to serve as Charge RN
* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* 3 shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours
* No on-call requirements
* 13-week assignment
* 2+ years of hospital/NICU specialty experience required
* Experience caring for infants requiring CPAP or ventilation required
* Experience with central lines required
* Stabilization experience and attending deliveries required
* Developmental care experience required
* Assist with line placement, circumcision, and intubation procedures
* Family centered care experience required
* Work with equipment including GE Bedside Monitors, GE Giraffe and Panda Warmers, Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights, and Neomed and Medfusion Feeding/Medication pumps
* Document using Meditech and CPN systems; Meditech experience preferred
* May be required to float to Newborn Nursery as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE
* Active RN license required; temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Royal Blue Medical City Healthcare scrubs required, purchased from Scrubs and Beyond
* No nail polish, artificial nails, gel, or next gen nails permitted
* Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
* No perfumes or lotions permitted
