Opportunity:

RN - Operating Room

Job Details:

* Work 8 or 10-hour day shifts in an 11-room operating room with a 1:1 patient ratio
* Night shift coverage available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
* Must take call - Monday through Friday call begins at the end of shift and runs until 7:00 AM the following morning
* Weekend call is 24 hours, typically one day of call per week and one weekend call per month
* Must have cardiovascular experience and be able to perform vascular and robotic cases
* Will work in the Surgery Department only with a varying case load including general, orthopedic, ENT, GYN, podiatry, urology, plastic, pain, and eye cases
* Typical procedures include CABG with or without valves, AAA and endovascular AA, ECMO, convergent maze, robotic esophagectomy, VATs, endarterectomy, thrombectomy/embolectomy, BKA/AKA, temporal artery bypass, fistula, and all bypass procedures
* Endovascular experience and moderate sedation experience preferred
* Experience with orthopedic, ENT, GYN, and general cases preferred
* Operate advanced equipment including DaVinci robots, Stryker towers, Storz towers, ECMO machine, perfusion pump, Rosa, Mazor, cell saver, vasoview, and hybrid room equipment
* EMR system: Expanse
* Required certifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (CNOR preferred but not required)
* Scrub color/attire: Navy blue

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art surgical technology and handles a wide variety of complex surgical cases including cardiovascular, robotic, neurological, and endovascular procedures.
