Open Position: RN - Mother Baby Postpartum

Opportunity:

RN - Maternal Infant Unit

Job Details:

* Work in a 24-bed Maternal Infant Unit on the 3rd floor
* Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum care, newborn care, and postpartum care
* Labor patient ratio is 1:1, postpartum and nursery ratios are 5-6:1
* Work alongside labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, secretaries, and leadership staff
* Operate GE fetal monitors and document using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
* Every third weekend required with 12 hours of on-call per 4-week schedule
* Wear navy blue scrubs; pink badges required for infant security
* Minimum 2 years of labor experience required
* 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
