Opportunity:

Cardiac Sonographer

Job Details:

* 40-hour shift work with on-call responsibilities when appropriate
* Floating to other departments as needed
* Dress code: Personal scrubs and healthcare professional attire
* Must be competent to proficient in Adult Echo including 2D-Mode, Doppler CW & PW, valvular disease studies, color flow mapping, cardiomyopathies, congenital heart disease, pericardial disease, and effusions
* Must be proficient in 2D & 3D TEEs and hypertensive heart disease studies
* Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
* Equipment utilized: Canon i700 and i900
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute hospital setting required
* RDCS certification with active AHA BLS required
* ARDMS or CCI certification accepted
* EMR system: Epic
