Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2359.20

Opportunity:

Home Health RN

Job Details:

* Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Every 5th weekend required
* No float required
* No call required
* Patient caseload of 5-6 patients per day
* Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
* Must be proficient in PICC, Port, trach, PleurX, and patient education
* Required familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to home care
* Must be able to complete OASIS documentation
* Epic EMR experience required
* Minimum 1 year of adult home health experience required
* Travel experience required - will not accept first-time travelers
* Required certification: BLS
* Michigan RN license must be active by start date - compact license not accepted
* Required skills include: admission assessment, care and management of peripheral IVs/central lines/ports, chest tubes, colostomy/ileostomy care, wound care, wound V.A.C. management, tracheostomy care, urinary catheter management, home infusion, G-tube site care, pressure ulcer prevention and management, and discharge planning
* Special equipment required: laptop and cell phone
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, interpretation services, and social services
