Open Position: RN - Cath Lab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2803.80

Opportunity:

Cath Lab RN

Job Details:

* 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Daily caseload of 8-10 cases per clinician
* On-call required with 30-minute response time
* Call weekend rotation starts Friday at 7:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM (rotating AM and PM as first and backup call)
* Weekend requirement is call only
* Minimum 2 years RN experience required; must be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural
* No first-time Cath Lab travelers accepted - prior experience required
* Travel experience required
* Will primarily remain in Cath Lab; floating may occur if needed to meet facility needs
* Must be able to act as circulator in the lab and perform moderate sedation, assessment, medication administration, pre and post-op care, and call coverage
* Charting system: Cerner; Cerner experience preferred
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available for travelers
* Active WV or Compact License required to start; pending license accepted for submission
* Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75-100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA)
* Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
