LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Active California LVN license required at time of submission
* Valid CA IV certification required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV Certified, Blood Certified
* Epic charting system experience required
* Floating required - traveler must be flexible
* No on-call requirements
* No weekend requirements
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
* Skills include but are not limited to: admission and discharge of patients, blood glucose monitoring, central line blood draws and dressing changes, IM and SQ administration, IV pump management, phlebotomy, telephone triage, wound care, vaccine administration, medication reconciliation, obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG, vital sign monitoring, and outpatient clinic/urgent care procedures

This outpatient clinic facility provides comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients in a professional clinical setting. The facility utilizes Epic as its primary charting system and supports a wide range of clinical procedures and patient care services. The organization maintains high standards for staffing and requires experienced licensed vocational nurses to support its diverse patient population.
