Job Details:

* Night shifts required with weekend coverage included
* Weekend shifts are nights only
* Patient ratios of 1:2 for adults and 1:1 for pediatrics
* 6-room sleep lab unit
* Care provided for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS, RPSGT, RRT, SDS, RPSGT or RRT with SDS
* Required skills include: End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Adult and Pediatric Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Alice, Arousal, ASV, Baseline Sleep Polysomnography, BiPAP, Cardiac abnormalities, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, CPAP, ECG, EEG, Full Face, Home Sleep Test, Hypopnea, Infection control, Nasal Mask, Nasal Pillow, O2 Saturation, Oxygen administration, Patient education, Periodic Breathing, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, PSG scoring, ResMed, Respiratory Events, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP), Seizure Study, Sleep Stages, Transient arousals, VPAP, standard/split/titration studies
* Special equipment used includes Alice 6 G3 software and ResMed CPAP Units
* May be required to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

This facility operates a dedicated sleep lab unit with 6 rooms, providing specialized diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services to a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The unit utilizes advanced equipment including Alice 6 G3 software and ResMed CPAP units to support comprehensive sleep studies and treatment. The organization maintains high standards of patient care and supports travelers with communication devices needed to perform assigned duties.
