Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Function as both a caregiver and care manager for a group of patients
* Implement the Nursing Process and direct/oversee work of other caregivers
* Perform patient assessments focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status
* Document in electronic medical records per policy and regulatory requirements
* May function as Charge Nurse including delegation of patient assignments and staff coordination
* Work 8 to 12 hour shifts with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and physical demands
* Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks up to 300 lbs with assistance
* Current Washington State RN licensure required
* Healthcare Provider level BLS certification within 30 days of hire
* ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
* PALS certification required within 12 months of hire
* TNCC certification required within 12 months of hire
* PEARS certification required within 12 months of hire
* Moderate sedation training within 12 months of hire
* Minimum one year RN experience preferred for specialty departments
* Up to 24 hours of call off available during assignment
* May cancel up to two shifts per month or six shifts within 13-week assignment
