RN - Hospice

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Post-acute care setting serving hospice patients in homes and nursing facilities
* Cover 7 counties including Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, and Wetzel
* See approximately 5-6 patient visits per 8-hour shift
* Treat terminally ill patients with end-stage diagnoses including cancer, heart disease, lung disease, and dementia
* Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract
* Chart using EPIC electronic medical records system
* Orientation includes EPIC training and working alongside another RN
* Scrub color required: Royal Blue
* Minimum 1 year of hospice experience required
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* West Virginia nursing license required
