Opportunity:

RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Work in a 14-bed labor and delivery unit with 2 OR suites, 6 recovery bays, and 8 antepartum beds
* Patient ratios of 1:2 for labor and 1:4 for antepartum patients
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse and 3-4 RNs, plus 1-2 CSTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse and 3-4 RNs, plus 1-2 CSTs
* Rotating weekends required
* Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, bilateral tubal ligations, D&C procedures, and uterine tamponade devices
* Manage magnesium drips and titration as well as Pitocin drips and titration
* Labor management experience required
* Ability to circulate in L&D OR preferred
* Float to antepartum and postpartum (OB assignment only) as needed
* Use GE EFM and CPN equipment
* Document using Meditech/Centricity Perinatal EMR
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Intermittent EFM
* Scrub color: Royal blue

The unit supports a wide range of obstetric procedures and is equipped with modern monitoring and documentation technology to ensure high-quality patient care.
