Opportunity:

PT Outpatient

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a required 30-minute lunch break
* No weekend requirement
* Clinic will be closed on select holidays including Christmas Eve (half day), Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Eve (half day), and New Year's Day
* Treat an average of 9 to 11 patients per day
* Common diagnoses and patient types include orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, neurological, and balance difficulties
* Work alongside 2 PTAs in the clinic
* Floor-specific orientation provided for 1 to 2 days
* Charting system: Cerner
* Professional attire required with no specific scrub color
* Minimum 6 months of experience in acute care or skilled nursing required
* Required certifications: Active PT license and BLS Certification
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
