RN - PSYCH Adolescent Behavioral Health

Job Details:

* Work on a 9-bed Adolescent Behavioral Health unit located on the 5th floor of St. Joseph Building
* Day shift staffing includes 1 RN and 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
* Night shift staffing includes 1 RN and 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
* Patient ratio of 1:9
* Perform medication administration and patient assessments
* Floating may be required to Adult and Child Behavioral Health units
* Some weekends may be required
* Behavioral Health experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
* Pediatric Behavioral Health experience preferred
* Calm personality and professional demeanor required
* Required certifications: BLS, CPI
* Equipment used includes PYXIS and DYNAMAP
* EMR system: Cerner
* Required dress code: Navy scrubs
* Must adhere to professional boundaries and nursing practices
