Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN - ICU (653) - Wesley Medical Center - 7A - 7P

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Assigned to the CCU Coronary Care Unit
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Work with equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia equipment
* Utilize Meditech EMR system
* Perform procedures including heart catheterizations, balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia, cardioversion, central lines, and medication drips
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Prior experience traveling to large facility ICU units preferred
* Must demonstrate a driven, organized, and efficient approach to patient care
* Positive attitude and engagement with the team expected

Facility:

This medical center is a large acute care hospital housing a 26-bed Coronary Care Unit staffed with experienced RNs, charge nurses, and patient care technicians on both day and night shifts. The facility is equipped with advanced cardiac and critical care technology, supporting a wide range of complex procedures and high-acuity patient needs. The ICU environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, offering travel nurses an opportunity to work alongside seasoned staff in a well-resourced setting.
