Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Job Details:

* Primary placement in inpatient/acute care setting with possible float to connected outpatient clinic if inpatient census drops
* Standard shift schedule Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Possible Saturday shifts may be arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off
* Possible Sunday on-call shifts may be arranged ahead of time
* On some weekdays, shift may adjust to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to attend morning MDRs when another team member is scheduled off
* Treat a mixed patient caseload including orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and surgical patients
* Strong inpatient/acute care skills required as the primary therapist serving this setting
* Charting completed in MEDITECH system
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
