Job Details:

* Must have at least 4 years of experience
* Active BLS certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) required
* ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association) preferred
* PALS (American Heart Association) preferred
* TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
* NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) preferred
* Must be familiar with PICC lines, wound vacs, Fresenius IV pumps, Omnicell, Sapphire PCA pumps, Mindray tele units, and Phillips BP monitors
* Charge Nurse may carry a patient assignment and is responsible for ER patients after 11:30 PM
* RN on-call responsibilities may apply as needed
* Work alongside 1-2 CNAs per shift in a collaborative team environment
* Patient population includes swing bed patients who are often high acuity
* Average patient census is 10, with peaks up to 14
* Skills checklist must be completed within one year of submittal for applicable specialty
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
* Unexpired license or certification for the state required
* Online verification of professional license or certification required within 30 days of submission
