Open Position: RN - NICU

Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Float required as needed
* Care for Level II NICU admissions and Normal Newborn patients 32 weeks gestation or greater
* Attend vaginal and cesarean deliveries including high-risk deliveries
* Manage CPAP/BiPAP respiratory support
* Utilize feeding tubes and syringe pumps
* Perform neonatal dosage calculations
* Provide bottle, breast, and gavage feedings
* Placement and management of oral, nasogastric, and nasojejunal tubes
* Ventilator management including AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BiPAP/PEEP
* NICU travel nurses are not expected to care for mother-baby couplets unless they already have the skill and competencies
* Patient population: Infants
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP
