Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour day shifts
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Experience with Epic charting system required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 33 patients
* Skills include orthopedics, neurology, gait training, therapeutic modalities, and outpatient clinic experience
* Experience with adaptive devices, assistive devices, and prosthetic training required
* Proficiency in evaluation, plan of care development, short and long term goal setting required
* Experience with conditions including low back pain, degenerative disc disease, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and post-stroke rehabilitation required
* Experience with post-operative care including cervical, shoulder, and spinal surgeries preferred
* Required certifications: BLS
* Texas PT license required (pending license accepted)

This outpatient rehabilitation facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and maintains a daily census of 33 patients, offering a wide range of therapeutic interventions and modalities to support patient recovery and wellness goals.
