Opportunity:
Physical Therapist
Job Details:
* August schedule follows a Friday/Saturday, Monday/Tuesday rotation
* Includes at least 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week rotation
* Includes weekend rotation and possible holiday shift depending on timing
* May float to Inpatient Rehab or Swing Bed unit as needed
* Responsible for patient evaluation and development and follow-through of treatment plans
* Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Patient diagnoses include adult medical units, surgical to intensive care
* Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy
* BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
* Must be a graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
* Must hold a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or be license eligible
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Acute care experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Epic EMR charting experience required
* Required certification: BLS
