Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1681.20

Opportunity:

Dermatology Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)

Job Details:

* 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday with weekends off
* No on-call requirements
* May be required to float to West Seattle, Bellevue, and Issaquah locations for staffing coverage as needed
* Reliable personal transportation required (public transportation not accepted)
* Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working as an MA-C in an adult/pediatric outpatient clinic setting
* Dermatology setting experience preferred
* Experience with EPIC charting system required
* Scrub color: Any
* Required skills include:
- Obtaining vital signs
- Patient positioning and draping
- Recording patient history, medications, and allergies
- Biopsy setup and assistance
- Dressing changes
- Setting up aseptic/sterile procedure trays
- Labeling of specimens
- Aseptic technique
- Rooming patients
- Suture removal
- Wound care
* Required certifications: BLS, CMA
* This is a temp-to-hire opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to transition to a permanent position

Facility:

This dermatology clinic provides specialized outpatient care for patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. The facility performs procedures including biopsies and surgical excisions and sees approximately 25 patients per day. The clinic utilizes EPIC as its charting system and maintains a professional, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality dermatological care.
