Job Details:
* Previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) required
* Previous neurointerventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate) required
* Moderate sedation experience required
* Vascular OR experience preferred
* Cath Lab experience preferred
* VI Registered preferred
* Typical procedures include dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), nephrostomy tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases, cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, and vertebroplasties
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* Equipment includes single plane GE systems, biplane Philips systems, and one invasive CT scanner
* EMR system is Cerner (Radnet)
* Day shift consists of 2 techs per room and 1 nurse per room
* Night shift consists of 1 tech and 1 RN onsite
* On-call schedule includes every 7th weekend and one night secondary call during the week
* Float area includes VOR
* Hospital-provided scrubs
* Required certification: BLS
* Ideal candidate is flexible and a great team player

This facility is a flagship hospital licensed for 815 beds and serves as the region's referral center for the only Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The Interventional Radiology department features 2 single plane and 2 biplane rooms and is supported by a robust team of technologists, nursing staff, and quality analysts.
