Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Job Details:

* 4x10 schedule working 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Call required: 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights
* Weekend coverage through call only
* 50/50 inpatient and outpatient mix
* First-time travelers accepted; 1 year of experience preferred
* Required procedures include Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase 2 Recovery, and cryoablations
* Patient diagnoses include biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, endovascular lab, and stent placement
* Treat patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Medication system: Pyxis
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, WA License
* Required skills include angiography, angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, TIPS, IVC filter placement and removal, liver biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, PICC line care, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography, and sterile technique
* Must be proficient with Siemens and Philips equipment
* Charting system experience required

The unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, rapid response teams, and transportation. The department handles a diverse caseload of both inpatient and outpatient procedures, utilizing advanced imaging and vascular intervention technology to deliver high-quality care.
