Opportunity:

Oncology Clinic RN

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, four days per week
* No weekends or holidays required
* Float among clinics as needed; nurses are partnered with a specific tumor group that sees patients for exams on specific days of the week
* 1 year of outpatient oncology experience required
* Ambulatory care experience preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certification: BLS
* OCN certification preferred
* Charting system: EPIC experience preferred
* Dress code: Business casual; scrubs are acceptable
* Care for adult patient populations
* Key skills include accessing and managing ports, administration of chemotherapy, central line blood draw, central line/implanted line care, monitoring chemotherapy, neutropenic precautions, BMT, hospice care, isolation precautions/PPE, oral administration of chemotherapy, stem cell therapies, and patient/family education and support
* Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
