Opportunity:

Labor and Delivery Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position in Labor and Delivery unit
* Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty required
* California license in hand required - No EMSA
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced, C-EFM (preferred), FHM (preferred)
* Charting system: Paragon - training provided
* Experience with antepartum, high-risk antepartum, LDRP, Level I Nursery, and Mother/Baby preferred
* Facility birth volume ranges from 100-300 births per month
* Labor and Delivery nurses are not required to float as agency staff
* Must complete Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses onsite within 30 days of start date
* Local travelers accepted
* Requested time off must be presented at time of submission - no exceptions after offer is made
* DUI background hits will not be accepted

This facility is a well-established hospital offering comprehensive Labor and Delivery services with a high birth volume, ranging from 100 to 300 births per month. The unit supports a wide range of maternal and neonatal care including antepartum, high-risk antepartum, LDRP, Level I Nursery, and Mother/Baby services. The facility utilizes Paragon as its charting system and provides training to ensure a smooth transition for incoming staff.
