Job Details:

* Day shift schedule
* Call required 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks, subject to change based on departmental needs
* Weekends only required during call
* Floating within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
* Unit does not accept travel pairs and does not honor block schedules; no self-scheduling
* Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Patients include adults and geriatrics
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Hard stop requirements: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic experience required
* Heart Transplant experience highly preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS and CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA
* Required skills include but are not limited to: Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, Thoracic, CVOR, CABG, Craniotomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, VAD, Organ Donation, Transplant, Whipple, and a wide range of laparoscopic, orthopedic, ENT, and spinal procedures
* Pre-approved time off: one occurrence allowed; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission and no RTO or schedule requests can be made post-offer or onsite
* Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract
* No holiday RTO accepted
