Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday schedule with 5x8-hour shifts
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Covers Montgomery and upper Prince George's County areas
* Home health experience required; HCHB charting system experience preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
* Scheduled for 6 to 7 patient visits per day
* Adult and geriatric patient population
* Skills required include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
* Maryland PT state license or Compact license must be active and in hand at submission
* BLS certification required; include current certification expiration dates with submission
* No on-call requirements
* No weekend requirements
* Maximum of one pre-approved time-off request
* Local candidates accepted
* Two supervisor references required
* Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and social services
