Opportunity:

CT/XRAY Tech

Job Details:

* Monday through Thursday night shift schedule (4 x 10-hour shifts)
* Shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Block schedule required Monday through Thursday
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* After midnight, tech will be the only one on shift performing both CT and X-rays
* Position does not float between units
* Patient 1:1 ratio
* Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures
* Serve patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Any color
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
* Required skills include: CT imaging procedures (abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular), multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, preparation and administration of contrast media, venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, radiation safety, PACS, musculoskeletal trauma, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

Facility:

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care Level III Trauma Center with 104 total staffed beds and a daily census of approximately 50 patients. The facility sees approximately 55 visits per day and supports a wide range of patient age groups. Interpretation services are available as interdisciplinary support, and the facility utilizes Epic as its charting system. No parking fees are required for staff.
