Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* Shift times may be subject to change
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* On-call required (some)
* Weekend rotation required - 1 weekend shift (Friday through Sunday) every 4-week schedule with a total of 6-8 days per 4-week schedule period
* Block scheduling not available
* Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
* Pending licenses not accepted - must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
* All requested time off must be included at time of submission
* A valid driver's license must be included with submission
* If assignment includes end-of-year holidays and all three (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) fall during the assignment, must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays
* If only 2 holidays fall during the assignment, must be willing to work at least 1 of the 2 holidays
