PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Provide both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
* Possible pelvic floor care responsibilities
* Treat patients with conditions including back pain, sports injuries, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic conditions such as arthritis and Parkinson's disease
* Work within a Physical Therapy Department comprised of one Registered Physical Therapist and two Certified Physical Therapist Assistants
* Must hold current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
* Must be licensed to practice as a PT in the state of KS or a reciprocal state
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from within the past three years required, with at least one from a supervisor
