Opportunity:

SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWING

Job Details:

* 19-week contract for holiday coverage
* No on-call responsibilities
* Teal scrubs are provided
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Must be comfortable with and have some exposure to post-partum care
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
* Strong labor and delivery experience required including cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin administration
* Must be able to circulate C-sections
* Baby catching/receiving required
* APGAR assessment skills required
* Breastfeeding knowledge required
* Must be comfortable with all aspects of post-partum care from transition to discharge for both mom and baby
* Scrub experience is a bonus as scrub-trained RNs are occasionally utilized for sick call coverage
* Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
* First-time travelers will be considered
* Multilingual skills (Russian/Spanish) preferred

Facility:

This facility features a comprehensive obstetrics unit with 20 total beds, including 12 labor and delivery beds, 8 post-partum and antepartum beds, 3 OB/ED rooms, 2 operating rooms, and a 6-bed Level II NICU. The unit is supported by a dedicated scrub technician on-site and a nurse practitioner available on call, ensuring comprehensive care for a diverse patient population.
