Open Position: RAD Tech - Sonographer

Job Details:

* Work schedule runs Friday through Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* One night of on-call per week and one weekend of on-call per month after working shift
* Approximately 6 to 8 days of call per month
* Perform abdominal, pelvis, vascular (carotid/venous), ABIs, OB/GYN ultrasounds, small parts, breast, and other ultrasound exams
* Must complete scans within 30 to 45 minutes per exam
* Must be able to scan general ultrasound with vascular
* OB experience required
* High risk OB experience preferred
* RVT registry preferred
* Must be able to write reports following radiologist guidelines and templates
* Float to outpatient ultrasound if proficient
* Work with GE Logic E10, Trophons, and Parks Flolab equipment
* Use Cerner EMR and Philips Intellispace PACS systems
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS (abdominal or OB), RVT registry preferred
* Must have RDMS and RVT registries and Level II OB
* Black scrubs required
* Must be a team player with no drama and a collaborative attitude

Facility:

This critical access facility operates a 30-bed hospital with two dedicated ultrasound rooms. The facility maintains a collaborative team environment with a mix of full-time, part-time, and travel ultrasound technicians. The unit follows structured protocols and written procedures with templates for exam notes, ensuring consistency and high-quality care guided by radiologist standards.
